We at Kampung Punggol had the joy of seeing yet another of our brothers being blessed with the sublime gift of the Ministerial Priesthood. Rev Fr Stephen Chit Ko Ko of the Diocese of Pathein, Myanmar, was ordained on 10 February 2008. He came back to Kampung Punggol on 6 March 2008 to celebrate a Thanksgiving Mass with the community that had walked with him through his years of priestly formation. We always have fond memories of each of the brothers the Lord gives to us as companions on this journey and continue to remain united with them in prayer even as they leave us to fulfil their greater mission amongst God's people. It is with much gratitude that we praise God for calling ordinary men like ourselves in Kampung Punggol to be used in extraordinary ways by Him for His Universal Church. Praise be to God!
